Sometimes when you drop some inventory item (any inventory item) it appears on the ground, but will be inside another object (furniture, etc.) and the item then cannot be retrieved, even if partially visible.

now on 37.115791 - happened again at the two-level sandbag platform at NWAF. dropped a pistol, and it fell inside the sandbags, becoming unretrievable. Sidenote: the sandbag wall is invisible in this build so I could see the pistol, but still could not grab it.
