Whenever I was in Unconscious and my friend used defibrilator or epi-pen i was still in Unconscious also there was a success message ,next I tried saline bag IV but nothing happend

salin gets you out of unconscious state.
defib should kill you when you use it on a passed out person...

Hey guys,
there was an issue that could cause the epi-pen to sometimes fail. This has already been fixed internally and should be patched in the next major update.
Defibrilator will also be reworked in the next patch and will work slightly differently.
Note that morphine does not revive an unconscious person, it fixes broken bones.
