Description

When applying a saline kit to a friend you can duplicate it by running away from the person applying it to you.

Steps To Reproduce

Have a completed saline IV kit
Start to apply Saline bag to Recipient
Have Recipient run away from person applying
if Done correctly a saline kit should have dropped to the floor behind the person administering it.

This bug is old. And you can do it with every item that you can administer to a player. Even handcuffs.
