if you put items in your bagpack, lets say a can of baked beans in the first slot and another can of baked beans in the last slot, and you reconnect the server (or any other server) the second can of baked beans will "teleport" to the second slot (next to the first can of beans).

this is a VERY annoying bug if you spend like 10 minutes to sort your bagpack into different groups of items (like medicine, ammo, food,...) and after disconnecting and reconnecting, everything is reseted

I experience the very same thing, although it only seems to happen when your backpack isn't completely full.
In addition to this, if you have an almost full backpack and a few 4 slot items (med pack/ammo box/yellow box) you quite often will lose one of the 4 slot items in the movement.
Only seems to be the backpacks.
