Just like in ArmA 1, 2 and 3, AMD CPU's and GPU's are just not doing well in the Real Virtuality engine. I would love to see better performance in DayZ (and in ArmA)with AMD CPU's and GPU's. I only get 20 fps on low and ultra. My GPU and CPU are only being used for 50%-60%. I have used all the possible launch options.
