When you have something in your inventory and need to open it, when you go to move the item over it will completely disappear. This has happened with a Med Kit and an Ammo Holder. The Ammo Holder physically was gone, couldn't find it. The Med Kits will usually disappear for about 1-2 min then appear laying on the ground again.
