I spent about 10 minutes trying to get out. Eventually, I was able to get a jump to the doorway. Not sure how I did it but it was after tabbing out to google for a solution (Don't know why that would be related but it's the only thing I did differently after a steady 10 min of keymashing).

I also experienced this in the apartment building right next to the store in Novoselky. I climbed to the very top roof. Then when I climbed down the topmost ladder, I could not get into the hallway from the elevator door.

I got stuck too but achieved to get out of the elevator shaft by putting a gun in my hand.

we are aware of this problem. If you are still stuck, please create a new ticket with a link to your Steam profile and a specification of whether the stuck character is on a Regular or Hardcore server and we will move your character elsewhere.

I can confirm the following method has worked 3 times for me:

1. Walk up to the exit doorway from the shaft.

2. Enter crouch position

3. Start sprinting at the doorway (of course this is just you sprinting in place while in crouch)

4. Jiggle mouse left and right quickly

5. Without stopping any of the above actions, exit crouch mode back to standing

You should get teleported to just outside in the hallway. Like I said this worked three times for me. Step 4 MAY be unnecessary I don't know. Please let us know if this worked for you!
