I glitched out by finding a server with a high ping and sprinting out. That's not really a fix though, but at least you won't die.

I have the exact same issue. Now can't play unless I die... really don't want to do that though - managed some good loot over the last couple days

I did the "v" thing for over 10 minutes - it won't work. Your safest bet is switching servers, lagging out and then switching servers again.

I ended up in here too. The solution to getting out is to logout of the server and make sure you are facing that wall. When you log back in immediately run and vault into the wall it will get you out. I had a friend that experienced this bug too and I told him how to get out and it also worked for him. Just run and vault.
