Loot spawns under floor, seems to be entirely broken. Visited twice on 2 different servers, at 2 different times.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to black mountain, look up.

FinKone set Category to category:items.

FinKone set Reproducibility to Always.

FinKone set Severity to None.

FinKone set Resolution to Duplicate.

FinKone set Legacy ID to 1934101674.May 8 2016, 3:25 PM

Duplicate of #8809 (There are houses where you never find loot in them, because it spawns beneath the floor on the ground).
