Cant enter proper version number in bug reporter

Try to enter a full correct version numer (like "0.30.113860"). in the box where it is supposed to go and i get an error (APPLICATION ERROR #1303) on the next screen.
Can only report bugs with version "1"

Just make it 030113860.
Then it works just fine. It are the dots that are the problem.

(Allowing the dots would be better indeed but like this it works as well imho)
