I lost connection due to a server restart, and when I logged back in I noticed my blue mountain backpack had the items reassorted leaving no room for the first aid kit (with all its contents), which was missing.

I couldn't find it anywhere so I guess there was no room for it to be created due to that pointless backpack rearrangement.
