Thought of a great idea compiled on the ideas you already have planned to enter standalone dayz.
Your plans for the health system that let players spread infection and illnesses would be a great tool to use for balancing the large squads vs the lone wolf players in dayz.
You could use a similar type of system as the network bubble idea and have that small area where players can be effected by airborne viruses..e.t.c..
Its easy for large squads to just take over the map if they are organized.. players in large squads should have a shorter natural life span as a lone wolf player to balance it out a little

well it is a bad idea. increases KOS. but no need to insult an idea. true it should be a redit problem. not for here. however groups are at risk of getting sick. if one person gets sick. all of you can.
