When picking something up/dragging it across from the vicinity area aka ground and then while still holding it trying to scroll the player gear area with the mouse wheel does not work.
It does work though when you start out on at the player gear area.

Steps To Reproduce
Go to item lying on the ground and so it appears in your vicinity area within the inventory window (press TAB). Then click and while holding the item move your mouse cursor over to the player area panel and try to use your mouse wheel to scroll within that panel.

Described issue is not present when doing the same with items within your player area aka your gear.

This issue still exists. Picking up and dragging items from the ground to your inventory and then using the mouse wheel while still holding the item in your hand does not work. I find it a chore having to scroll to the right location in your inventory and then pick up the item.
