Description

When you hover your mouse on an item in your inventory it shows for instance 5 rags or food wise 59% remaining, however when placed in the hotbar and hover over the item it shows 0%

Steps To Reproduce

Add food or rags to your inventory, backpack, shirt or coat add same item to hotbar and hover mouse on both.

Items are always in "Pristine" condition in the hotbar regardless of their quality in the inventory.

The empty use also applies to water containers' mL remaining.
