I fell from the roof of an elevator shaft onto the floor below. This caused my character to begin making pain noises. The character is female but the noises are distinctly masculine. I have included a short clip immediately following the incident.

Fall a short distance, not enough to break legs, as a female character.
Additional Information
If it helps to identify the type of pain, taking some painkillers I had in my inventory (the standard tablet ones) did not stop the noises.
