Character stops while switching weapons

Description

Whilst jogging, if I switch to my axe using my tool bar, my character will stop completely.

Steps To Reproduce

Jog, use tool bar to switch to axe.

viper5942 set Category to Movement.

viper5942 set Reproducibility to Random.

viper5942 set Severity to None.

viper5942 set Resolution to Open.

Yeah, this is NOT RESOLVED in the latest patch. Works 50% of the time on servers with the latest patch version 113860.

This only occurs if you have your weapons held high. (by pressing spacebar)
In normal run mode it works.

No, it does NOT always work, Phillard.

Issue is not resolved and should be reopened.

Also, there is a TON of other animation that make you unable to run.
