While unconscious I'm able to maneuver my character. That is, stand up, walk around, crouch, etc.

This came about from the following: I was walking around, and fell unconscious from illness. The server dropped all the players. When I reconnected I fell unconscious again but was still able to walk around. The screen is still black though.
