Last night my friend was trying to give me a Saline IV Kit to heal me and the first time I accidently moved, when I did this it spawned a completely pristine Saline IV Kit within a meter of him even though he still had one in his hands.

He then attempted to give me the Saline IV Kit 3 more times and every time it would say that I was moving, even though I was completely still, and even time it failed it spawned another Saline IV Kit on the ground.

We have had failed Saline transfusions in the past so I am unsure of what specifically caused this to happen this time as it has not happened when we failed them in the past due to moving.
