There are two issues I have discovered while trying to mess around with syringes. First one is that when you use a syringe to extract anti-viral from a injection vial bottle you get an empty syringe and an full syringe(meaning that you get to keep your empty syringe and you get another free syringe filled with anti-viral).
Second bug I found is that you cannot inject yourself with anti-viral.
The syringes don't seem to work at all for me (at least with injection vials). If I put anti-viral in the syringe, the syringe basically gets completely useless, you can only "inspect" it but don't actually do anything with it. You can't even empty it anymore.
