In military base near Pavlovo there is that huuuge building behind the hospital. On 3rd floor I think there are doors that can't be opened. There is option to open/close them but nothing happens. Look at the screen. {F28724}

I've run into this a few times, though you can usually just close and re-open again if the animation didn't update the first time. I've never run into it where the door won't animate period.
