I can confirm this. Had someone use the saline bag on me when vision was blurred and color was faded. Got color back, but vision was still bad until I died again.

Is it possible that you got "Postprocessing" under the video options not on "Deactivated" ?

I can also confirm. My vision was grey and I was knocked unconscious. Friend gave me saline and color returned. My vision was not blurry though.

Its a BUG!

Try this. Hit escape button click on configure. Then click on video settings and then immediately close the menu and it should give color back. After you are given the saline bag of course.

May be a temporary fix.

Grey de-saturated vision comes from blood loss. Blur may actually come from the shock value which is increased with damage to the head. If you run into this again, try using an epi pen and seeing if the blur effect is removed.

NIGH7MAR3 is correct, going into the video settings should fix this issue and seems to be a bug.

I can confirm this as well. I was badly hurt and lost a lood of blood. After I was given saline, the colors returned, but the vision stayed blurry.
The workaround with accessing the video settings works for me, too.
