Description

You can just restart servers or vote your self as an admin with one vote using standard ARMA commands in direct chat.

Steps To Reproduce

join a server and type something like

#vote server restart

or

#vote admin <name>

Additional Information

Was able to test the vote admin function, it's allows you access to most commands. I was able to lock the server and kick people. I did not test banning people but I'm sure it would work all the same.

Remove this or atleast make it private so ppl dont see it. Admins can see private reports.

Confirmed. I tested it out on an empty server, and was able to reboot it. This definitely should be made private. Needs to be patched.
