Is this about the bug were you press climb down your character instead runs of the roof? It's quite dangerous to go down ladders these days.

No i press up and then press 'W' and in the end of ladder, my character falling down

Unfortunately, the problem regarding climbing the ladders is a known issue that has previously been reported.
