Selecting video settings to reset environment/damage effects

Description

You can reset any video blurry effects the game adds to you char when it takes damage or is ill etc by pressing esc/config/video then closing the windows.

Basic any effects the game trys to place on your char are redundant as you can reset them at anytime.

The only one that seems to stick is the washed out colour from blood loss.

This is just a visual thing. If you log out and back in, you will have the status effects applied again.
