I recently entered Cherno and tried climbing the ladder from the top level to the roof in the 8 story apartment buildings, I tried it about 10 times in different buildings and fell off every time. I have tried crouching once at the top, going prone and even volting and I fall every time.

Steps To Reproduce
just click the climb ladder icon and climb the ladder, once at the top your player stands up and you try walking but you can't move and gradually over a second or two you are pushed back into the hole and fall down.
Additional Information
This also highlights another big issue, I didn't break my legs or die once during this period. My character is in pain but that's the worst that happened, I have seen a report for something similar so I won't create another but know that many more players must be getting this also.

Can confirm, me and my Brother both died on the same ladder several times.
You can seem to get up the ladder once your legs are broken though

They fixed this. I've tried to kill myself by falling through the ladder openings, but it doesn't seem possible anymore.
