I've noticed when I log out inside a building, next time I log in the environment takes a lot longer to load in than my character therefore I am able to see all kinds of loot around me. Sometimes this isn't just restricted to the building I am spawning/logging in, I am able to scout nearby buildings just by turning my character or even moving around (even whilst the building around me is still loading) Note that I can't move out of bounds with this and it appears to be just a loading/graphical bug.
