Presing F1-F3 causes a bug that locks character movement untill I relog and none of the animations work

Description

If I try to salute surrender or taunt I get locked down for all character movement and have to relog the animations do not play a message pops up that says cancel action this happens evry time i attempt to pres any of tehse keys only way to unlock movement is to leave server.

Had the same happen to me. Was at NW airport, tried to sit down with F3 and everything got stuck. The screen displayed "cancel action" the whole time. Exitin the server and reconnecting solved the problem.
