It has happened to me a couple times today. Some random guys, without knowing it, would be heard by the whole server opve the VOIP channel. It's just as if they would be in the global channel in Arma 2/3.

Steps To Reproduce
As I said, it's random. Though, it happened to a friend of mine, and it happened right after he died. He tried to use the VOIP and then his mic got kind of stuck. Every one on the server could hear him.

Had a few people this morning on side without realizing it. Muting the entire player list did not stop the audio. Source was definitely the game.

Can confirm. Is happening almost on every server. Each time the person is usually just breathing into the microphone not knowing hes being broadcasted to whole server.

This is a duplicate report and the developers are already aware of this bug/problem.
Please check the feedback tracker to see if an issue exists before creating a new one and instead vote the original one up so the developers can see it's a common problem.
