Are you using Windows XP? I get that error when I tried to run the game with -winxp parameter.

To solve your problem we need dxdiag and files from this folder: "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\DayZ\"

Can you pack the files in winrar and upload it somewhere please?

To reproduce the error try to add -winxp as a startup parameter.
Join a server and then Alt+TAB out of the Game and then back in.

Win XP is not supported, so when you try to run game on it, it will cause problems. The oldest supported version of Windows is Vista SP2.
