2 issues here the first is that i cannot drink from lakes and wells or fill my canteen in lakes. The second Is that if I have a water purification tablet pack that says it has 6 uses or so if I use it once all 6 get used up instantly instead of it seperating the uses the item gets removed from my inventory.

Steps To Reproduce
try to drink from a lake or well , wells offer a drink prompt but you see no sign you are being refreshed from teh water and lakes wont let you drink or refill bottles. all the water purification tablets get used instantly if you drag teh stack on a bottle or canteen.
