Mouse with number keys takes many presses to work.
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I have a Logitech G600 Gaming mouse that has number keys on the side. Pressing those keys is supposed to be like pressing the numbers above the letters on a keyboard. Unfortunately right now in alpha it doesn't always work and it takes sometimes up to five presses for it to work where as the keyboard is as responsive as it is supposed to be. Would like to see this fixed as a quality of life improvement when you and your team has time. Thank you.

Steps To Reproduce

Press a number key on the side of a Logitech G600 Gaming Mouse. Have no idea if this effects other mouses that have more than the standard left right and middle click buttons.

Additional Information

Another mouse it may effect would be a Razer Naga as it is the same type of mouse as a Logitech G600. But I don't have one of those to test it out.

I have a roccat kone pure

I added macros to my mouse 4 and 5

mouse 4 - 1

mouse 5 - 2

using them for the menu bar was no more unresponsive than it is with keyboard. No difference. I'm not sure how Logitech G600 handles its mouse buttons.
