Basically anywhere the mouse pointer is used mine just sits there while i move my mouse. I can still click on things if i see them highlighted but i have no way of actually knowing where my mouse is. So basically my mouse is working it just that that the icon is not following it, and this makes it difficult when I am trying to use the gear page, load into a game, or change settings.
