Pressing ESC while unconscious makes you able to see your surroundings

Description

As the title says, when you hit ESC to go into the menu, the "you are unconscious" screen disappears and you can see your character and everything around you (in 3rd person). You can also still chat and voice-chat.

Note that I'm standing in the screenshot, even though I'm actually unconscious. Probably another bug.

I'm able to press ESC and view my surroundings as well.

I have also experienced this twice yesterday and only after being hit by a player (I don't know if it's related)

It's only related to unconsciousness. It happened to me when I passed out from sickness.
