Steps To Reproduce
Carrying an M41A, found a Moisin Nagant at the top of some stairs. Picked it up to have a look and the M41A disappeared (as expected) from my gear but did not appear on the ground. Placed the Moisin in 'Vicinity' and this also disappeared. Had a look around the surrounding area to see if they had clipped out at another location, but to no avail.

I've experienced this also with nearly all kinds of items. If the item is in my vicinity and I drag it over to my character, which is full already, then I take the item back to "vicinity" and let go, it vanishes. Confirmed several times.

Sometimes the items show up outside the building or on another level or in another room.
Sometimes they disappear for good, I had that happen to me with three AKM mags in the police station in Svetlojarsk that I put on the ground floor in order to refill half-empty mags with content of other half-empty mags.
