Yep I get this also, whilst typing in chat your dude does a little chat dance when you type with, not game breaking but quite annoying.

Yeah, this really might but you in bad spot while you are typing as your character still gets commands from your typing. So I think while you are writing notes for example this might be pretty bad. You have put yourself to nice spot to write the note and end up moving away from that spot while typing the note since the character still get input while typing. :P

I also noticed that the unwanted movement makes the typing a bit "laggy" and not fluent.
