Game lags horribly during combat

Description

When I play arma 3, any sound causes the game to lag horribly. This includes gun, explosions, etc.

Additional Information

I used to have Windows 8 prior and the game was fine, can it be windows 10?

When installing the Windows 10, were you only upgrading or did you perform a clean install?
