FPS drops while shooting
New, WishlistPublic

Description

My FPS drops to extremely low values whenever I shoot on automatic mode, on multiplayer, singleplayer and coop. This issue also happens if someone else is unloading a weapon magazine close to me or firing vehicle weapons on automatic mode.

Additional Information

This problem wasn't happening a month ago.
I've already tried to change some CPU settings, as well as changing in-game video options to the lowest possible values. I've also tried changing the sound sources under audio settings to all values.
I know other people have been having this issue, so I doubt it is related to my PC specs. Anyway, if you need it, here it is:

Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 TI 1GB
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3330 CPU @ 3.00GHz
Memory: 8GB RAM DDR3
OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Exact! FPS drop drastically when firing a machine gun. I thought it was a mod question but not. Same in Arma vanilla.

Yes, I forgot to mention that on the additional information. I've also tried loading ARMA 3 without any mods enabled, no success. Still have the same problem.
It's really annoying, some missions/mods are barely playable because of this issue.

Hello, have you already tried to lower your windows audio bitrate to 16bit and 44100Hz?

That might be a workaround for your problem.

It looks like I didn't search properly, I apologize for that.
I've just tried lowering my windows audio bitrate to 16 bit and 44100Hz, and now it's playable again. However, I still lose around 10 FPS while shooting, depending on the game mode.
Thanks for answering so quickly.
