I really do not know what to do here. I have tried my best looking through all the resolved issues, researching the internet, ect. I would love to play multiplayer, but i cannot play on servers with people playing on them and proper ping that are on version 1.42/1.43. I do not know how to update, as I have no update option on steam. i do not know if this is a mac issue, as I am playing on mac at this current time. It would be much appreciated if someone could help me here. Thanks for reading!

Is the game available in your Steam Library?
Have you tried to check the integrity of the game cache in Steam?
If that doesn't work, I recommend a fresh re-installation of the game with Steam (backup your profile settings before).

According to following page: http://dev.arma3.com/ports the Linux and Mac ports are limited to version 1.42 for now.
