Dev build Arma Launcher does not display DEV banner if Game Updater has been run during current Steam session

Description

I have two builds of Arma installed:
Stable branch through normal steam installation
Dev branch installed by Arma 3 Tools Game Updater.

OBS:
If Game Updater has not run during the current Steam session, the Dev branch Arma Launcher displays a useful DEV banner in the top left corner.
However, if the Dev branch has been updated by running the Arma 3 Tools Game Updater, the DEV banner does not display in the launcher. This behaviour persists until Steam is restarted.

EXP:
The dev branch Arma Launcher should always display the DEV banner. The stable branch Arma Launcher should never display the DEV banner.

Hello,
by default the branch name is retrieved from Steam client, which always returns the name of the branch installed through Steam client.

The Game Updater has an option to override the name of the branch by placing a text file "branch_override.txt" into the folder with a other Arma installation. If Launcher detects a file with that name, it will use the text on the first line of this file as the branch name instead of using name provided by Steam client.

Hi, I can confirm that the Dev branch installation folder has a branch_override.txt file within it, contents are: development
