A Non-lethal APERS mine is needed for MP scenarios. Passive mines that takes out entire squads are bad for gameplay flow.
MP Gameplay could be enhanced by having non-lethal mines available as an optional item for scenario builders. Non-lethal mines should only severely damage the player and some fragment damage to close by players within fragmentation radius.
Non-lethal mines would make passive minefields a part of MP scenarios and give the medic more work. Also new situations would arise from players trying to get a wounded friend out of the minefield.
