Uploaded a mini-dump. Single player only. Tested another Eden created mission. 1 heli, 1 truck w/waypoints. Flew around Altis 9 1/2 minutes before FPS drastically dropped from avg 25-70FPS to 5FPS.
Retail version does NOT have this issue. Only Dev. version. 1.55.133.700 last.

Checked Nvidia 970 drivers. Creative sound x-fi pro. drivers. Other Steam applications do not exibit this.

- MAYBE IMPORTANT. Opted out of beta test version and tested same missions and show NO frame loss on the Retail version. Left running over night and same 55 FPS performance.
One thing I did notice is that the Steam FPS counter showed 1 FPS while in mission showed 55 FPS per Fraps and visually. However the Steam FPS counter recovered without having to restart the game.
