Feature request - revive event handler

Description

I am already using the "HandleHeal" event handler in my mission to reward players with credit points.

It would be good to have a similar event handler ("HandleRevive") for reviving so I can reward players who revive other players with credit points.

This issue is linked to http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=12991 which is a similar request for "HandleRepair" with the same purpose.
