Freezes right as your player is about to load in

Description

I launch the game and go to multiplayer, select any server, and join. I pick a side and then join it, it downloads the server info and gets to the screen right when its about to put you in the game. I can hear firefights and crickets going on, but get nothing visually. It freezes there and will not load. Have verified the game cache, and it still wont work. I did receive an error code: 0x00000001 – UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI
For some reason just will not work. Also noticed that on multiple servers it had the expansions in the bottom with red circles, showing i did not have them, and that on many of them one of the circles was actually ARMA 3. No idea if this means anything. I disabled steam over lay.

Hello, regarding the exit code

0x00000001 – UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI
The game is unable to initialize a graphical subsystem. Possible solutions:

Update the graphics card drivers to a newer version.
Rollback the graphics card drivers to an older version.
Check the temperature of your GPUs and CPUs.
Disable the Steam Overlay.

Adam, i did all of these last night and they did not work. The hotfix they did last night did, however, as i just logged on and it worked.
