Clients crashing on Dedicated Server Dev Branch

Description

Today's Dev ver 1.55.133365, all clients, including same PC headless client are crashing moving from the Briefing map to final mission load.

All Arma files have been verified ok.

Note: @KDN mod is only music and has been functioning without a problem for more than 6 months now.
Added report without mod, just in case.

Will be fixed on devbranch in the coming days.
