Every time when I try to start the game from the launher after a short 'loading sign' an error massage appears with the following massage (and of course the game does not start):

Additional Information
What I tried:
- Update the newest nvidia driver
- Downgrade to the 358.50 nvidia driver
- Plug a 1680x1050, 60Hz external monitor
- reinstall the game
Non of the above attempts gave any solutions.
