I keep getting this error in game updater when trying to update the dev branch:

• Loss of internet connection
• Insufficient privilege (0x204)
• Logged in elsewhere (0x006)
• Insufficient hard drive space (0x606)

None of the above seems a valid reason since:

a) Internet connection is present.
b) Non-protected folder and run as administrator.
c) Only logged on steam.
