Constant clicking of [Shift] which switches between jogging and sprinting causes Stamina to not drain while still having almost full sprinting speed - in other words you can sprint unlimitedly. In real life If you start running and then you stop and then start running again you lose A LOT OF STAMINA. You can't switch between sprinting and running constantly...
