CTD - When there's are a large number of objects in a vicinity
Assigned, WishlistPublic

Description

I am getting a steady 45-60 FPS, no lag, but suddenly when i enter an Area with a large sum of objects, it's crashes my game. The two maps i've experienced this are Lingor and Esseker. I have tested to see if it's producible on different settings, and can confirm toning own settings doesn't make a difference, it's not a Lag Issue, but just causes the game to crash. This only recently happened through one of the updates. I used to be able to play on both maps seamlessly before hand, a few update's ago. {F27205}

Hello, we are sorry you are experiencing issues with our game.
Could you please export your game log files from the launcher?

Steps on how to export logs from ARMA 3 Launcher:

  1. Start ARMA 3 Launcher
  2. Click the Hamburger menu tab in the launcher (Top right corner. Next to Options (Cog wheel icon) and Minimize Button)
  3. Drop down menu will appear
  4. Select: Prepare Arma Troubleshooting error and save those files
  5. A notification will pop up with the name of the generated file

Please note that the files might take a while to collect.

Attach the generated files to the ticket. If the files are too big please use some free file sharing service.

Alright, i uploaded a log file after playing, and having it crash just seconds after spawning in. I was in the middle of the location in which is causing the issue, and as expected, rendered the game frozen, and forcing me to terminate the client.

Looks like dump files are not generated. Could you also please try reproducing the issue without using any mods? Thanks!

The issue is resolved on my end, turns out it was a faulty version compatibility of one of the mods. Can close this report.
