Open FSM Editor
Insert into a project a message with special characters as [€,è,é,ù]
Test it launching the script during a game session
The special characters aren't correctly broadcasted
As I said before,this can be fixed by converting the projecy into UTF-8 with an external tool
Additional Information
As FSM often is used to broadcast messages,it would be nice to add this feature.

In this context, the strings should be part of the stringtable.xml which is used for such situation and the string localization.
