Dear Support,

My game is not starting. I bought it some days ago and tried to run it. All I get is an error message. If I try to run the game using steam: the arms 3 launcher starts and works perfectly. Then when I try to start the game it just gives me an error message that says 0x00000051 -
If I try to bypass the launcher by just starting the arma3.exe I get the error message Q:0000065432

-I updated the game to the newer version (1.52....)
-and reinstalled the arma3.exe the arma3battleye and the launcher
-updated and reinstalled my graphics driver

What else can I do ?

Steps To Reproduce

To reproduce these errors I just have to start the game. Using steam (which Starts the arma3launcher) it gives me error code 0x00000051 - at the program and error code 81 on steam.
Using just the arma3.exe it gives me the error code Q:0000065432

Hello,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
We need crash dump files from this folder to analyze your problem.
C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
Can you upload somewhere in winrar package, please?
Archive smaller than 5000 KB can be attached directly to the ticket. For bigger archives, please use some free sharing service and post link here.

How to find correct crashdump file:
Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.

I cant upload crash dump files becaus they dont exist. The Game never started so the /Arma 3/ folder never got created.
only battleye and the launcher seem to work properly. The arma3.exe does not start and nerver did since i bought the game 3 days ago

i hope that there is another way to fin out more about my problem.

do you need more information about my system ?

if i click "save" when the error page of the Arma 3 Launcher comes up all I get is this:
